SOUTH AMERICA TRAVEL & TRADE S.A.S., a company legally constituted under the laws of the Republic of Colombia, identified with NIT 901.691.472-5, and domiciled in the city of Bogotá D.C. (hereinafter “SATT”), will be responsible for the processing of your personal data and, as such, may collect, store, use, transfer and transmit your data for the following purposes:

Comply with the obligations contracted with the owners of personal data and sensitive personal data.
Carry out activities related to the corporate purpose of SATT.
Transfer and transmit data to third parties, solely and exclusively for the purposes authorized by the owner at the time of collecting the data, and sometimes it may be with third parties located in other countries whose laws provide levels of data protection similar to those of Colombia.
In any case, if the transfer and/or transmission of data is carried out, the data will be treated as confidential information and may not be processed for a purpose other than that established in the authorizations provided by the owners.
To manage and administer SATT’s Human Resources.
In the execution of an employment contract, SATT will require sensitive data, which may or may not be provided by the employee and in any case will be used to comply with the obligations of the employment contract, and provided that the employee has expressly authorized the processing of their sensitive data.
SATT will disclose the information of the owners when the authorities so require, and to comply with labor and tax regulations; to attend to administrative and judicial requirements, and may be delivered for these purposes to lawyers and external advisors, or auditors.
For commercial and marketing purposes to advertise SATT’s activities, SATT is authorized to contact the owners by any means, including electronic data messages such as emails, text messages, chats, voicemails, among others.
Use the image of the owners that is collected in photographs or digital images for advertising purposes of SATT’s service portfolio.
For the purpose of carrying out SATT’s internal administrative, financial and accounting processes that require the processing of data.

In the event that the collection and processing of personal data is carried out on the occasion of the administration and operation of the SATT digital platform, the following purposes are contemplated in addition to those already mentioned:

Manage and create user profiles in accordance with the terms and conditions of the platform.
Be contacted to learn about the information available on the platform through any electronic data message or any existing valid physical or communication means.
Carry out promotional and marketing activities for the services and experiences offered by SATT.
Carry out the storage and registration of personal data in databases owned by SATT for statistical and commercial purposes.
Transmit and transfer personal data to third parties for commercial purposes and service improvement.
Carry out the processing of personal data to improve the operation of the platform by aligning the interests of users with the experiences offered.
For marketing and market analysis purposes.
Respond to any request, complaint or claim from users of the platform.
Conduct searches in third-party databases, including credit risk centers, thus being able to access the credit history of users.
Make reports or requests for correction and modification to risk centers or financial entities.
I declare that I have been informed that, in the event of the collection of my sensitive information, I have the right to answer or not the questions asked of me and to provide or not the requested data. I understand that sensitive data is data that affects the privacy of the Holder or whose improper use may lead to discrimination.

I declare that I have been informed that the sensitive data that will be collected will be used for the purposes indicated above.

SATT will respect and guarantee the rights of the holders provided for in the Constitution and in Law 1581 of 2012, especially the following: a) Access free of charge to the data provided that have been subject to processing. b) Request the updating and rectification of your information in the event of partial, inaccurate, incomplete, fractional data that may lead to error, or data whose processing is prohibited or has not been authorized. c) Request proof of the authorization granted. d) Submit complaints to the Superintendency of Industry and Commerce (SIC) for violations of the provisions of current regulations. e) Revoke the authorization and/or request the deletion of the data, unless there is a legal or contractual obligation that makes it imperative to retain the information. f) Refrain from answering questions about sensitive data or data about children and adolescents.
